The Process
Within a 50 mile radius of Provo, Utah
- Put your items in a box
- Call 801-477-7756 to arrange a drop off in Spanish Fork, or an appointment for me to scan at your location
- You deliver the items, I will pick them up or I will scan the items at your location
- The work on the digital copies will be done at my office & I will inform you when completed
- The files and/or discs will be given to you

Long Distance
- Fill out order form, pay fees
- Put your items in a box with padding or a padded envelope within one week of filling out order form
- Send them to: Rosetree Media; 165 East 900 North;
Unit 44; Spanish Fork, Utah 84660 - Work will be done at my office & I will inform you when it is completed
- I will send files, prints, thumb drive and/or discs to you using your selected method (See order form)
